We charge one price for hard disk drive data recovery, whatever the manufacturer, model, size or operating system - £99.00 The following symptoms indicate that you may benefit from our data recovery service:

System will not boot or reports a failed drive Failed software installation caused boot failure Data cannot be accessed but the disc indicates that it is full Accidentally erased, formatted, or deleted files Files and/or directory can be seen but files can not be moved or used on the media Error messages saying that files do not exist Corrupted or missing table of contents or directory information Computer freezes or locks up, while trying to access the drive/media

It may be that your computer may not even recognise the drive, or it is making odd noises. If the hard disk is making ANY strange noises, then switch the computer off immediately, continued use of the computer may lower the chances of a successful recovery. We can successfully recovery data and, in many cases, return it within 24 hours! There are 3 steps to our data recovery service: Step 1 - Turn off your computer immediately, continued use of the computer may lower the chances of a successful recovery. Step 2 - Contact us for a delivery number and post the drive to us - we suggest you obtain postal insurance as we will not be held responsible for loss/damage of equipment in transit to us. If in our local area we will gladly collect the drive and/or computer. Step 3 - We will assess your drive within 12 hours of receipt, we will contact you by email and telephone informing you of what data can be restored. With your approval we restore the data to a CD or DVD and return it with the drive (usually within 24 hours).
